Adding your photos
The couple may have given you an upload link, often as a QR code on a card. It lets you share the photos you took. It shows you nothing of their gallery.
Add photos
Section titled “Add photos”- Scan the QR code with your phone’s camera, or open the link.
- If you like, type Your name above the button, so the couple know who sent the photos. You can leave it empty.
- Press Choose photos and pick the ones you want to share.
- Keep the page open until it says thank you.
While your photos go, the page shows how many have been sent, such as “Sending 4 of 10”, with a bar and a small picture of each photo. When they are all sent, it says “Your 6 photos are with” the couple’s names. Press Add more photos to send more.
If something interrupts, press Try again, or choose the same photos again. The ones already added are skipped.
Your name
Section titled “Your name”Your name is optional. If you give one, the couple see it with each photo you send. Your phone remembers it, so it is already there next time. It stays on that phone only.
What to know
Section titled “What to know”- Your photos go only to the couple. They choose what goes in their gallery, so yours may not appear straight away, or at all.
- Only photos can be added: JPEG, PNG, WebP or HEIC.
- Videos cannot be added yet. If you choose some, the page says so and sends the photos chosen with them. Send the videos to the couple another way.
- iPhone photos are fine. You do not need to change anything.
- Each photo can be up to 100 MB (HEIC up to 20 MB).
If it will not work
Section titled “If it will not work”- “This link is not taking photos at the moment.” The couple has switched it off. Ask them.
- “The couple have all the guest photos they can take for now.” They have reached the limit they set. Let them know.
- “The gallery has no room.” Let the couple know.
- “This upload link does not work.” Check the address, or ask the couple for it again.
The upload link is not an invite link. To look at the photos, you need your own invite link.
