Getting started

Your gallery has an address of its own. Add /admin to it to manage it. Guests never see the admin.

Sign in

1. Open your gallery’s /admin page and enter your email address.
2. We email you a six-digit code. Type it in.
3. Your device stays signed in for 30 days, and for longer while you keep using it. On another device, ask for a new code.

A code works for 10 minutes. Ask for a new one if it has expired.

Only the email addresses the gallery knows can sign in. If your code does not come, look in your junk folder, then press “Send a new code”.

The first steps

A new gallery opens with four steps at the top of your albums. Do them in any order.

1. Your names and wedding date. This is how the gallery greets your guests.
2. Add your first photos. See Adding photos.
3. Invite guests. See Inviting guests.
4. Your partner. Settings, then “Who manages it”. Enter their email address. They are sent a link to sign in, and can then add, tidy and delete photos and invite guests, like you.

Albums

Photos live inside albums, such as “The wedding” or “The honeymoon”. Make one with “New album”. See Albums and folders.
